Un bon petit préamp utilisable pour les voix, mais aussi pratique pour les claviers, voir les guitares.
Le rapport qualité/prix est correct. Le grain donné par le préamp n'est pas hyper typé, mais c'est souvent aussi plus prudent. L'interet de l'objet est évidemment dans l'utilisation du tube. La couleur est sympathique, modulable avec d'autres lampes, drive est peut-être un poil froid.

+ ik vind hem goed klinken: vrij zuiver, gedetailleerd, warm, dynamisch
+ voegt wat "punch" en volheid toe aan de klank
+ de oversturing (bij hoge gain) is mooi en muzikaal
+ oersimpel in gebruik: plug-and-play!
+ compact en handig formaat voor homerecorders
Minpunt:
- de HP-filter had van mij wat drastischer gemogen
(40 Hz is niet voldoende voor elimineren van Proximity effect)

Geweldige voorversterker. Doet wat hij moet doen. Gebruik hem in combi met SE Electronics X1 S Vocal Pack. Ook een fantastische condensator mic voor mijn studio. Dit alles aangesloten op een XONE 96. Service BAX is erg goed zoals ik al jaren van ze gewend ben. Top product.
